Bomju is an Art Director, Artist and Graphic Designer.
She is a curious graphic explorer and her investigations are in the field of Collage, Photography and Video performance, working with analog and digital image production and editing processes.
She enjoys producing intriguing images, exploring graphic resources with assertiveness and boldness.
The artist has participated in several group exhibitions in Brazil, such as the <Curitiba International Biennial>, in 2017 and the <Intranet> in 2024, in São Paulo. She held her solo exhibition <Cabeça-Coração> at Galeria Recorte in São Paulo (2019) and <Corpografias> at Galeria InterARTtividade, curated by Tom Lisboa, in Curitiba (2018). In 2017, she received a scholarship at the 20MINUTOS.MOV Residence, where she begins her research in performance.
Her collages are already featured in Folha de São Paulo, O Relevo newspaper and Bitch Magazine (USA).
Born in Itanhandu, in the state of Minas Gerais (Brazil), currently works as an independent artist and designer in São Paulo.
